Research information about the industry and market to grasp customer and market needs to identify products and target customers.
Coordinate with the Sales team to create a business plan to achieve monthly and quarterly assigned targets.
Propose business ideas that suit the needs of customers and the market.
Search and work with potential customers, advise on products and services that suit the needs of customers.
Handle arising work related to customers and the company.
Take care of the company's customers and build relationships with customers.
Coordinate with other departments to handle sales issues, order, delivery and payment of customers.
Perform business reports, assigned tasks as required by direct management.
Graduated from College or University with majors in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Agronomy, Plant Protection... or related majors. Passion for business and agriculture is an advantage.
Priority is given to those with more than 6 months of experience in the Sales (B2B) field.
Have a sense of responsibility for work, a high spirit of learning, and are progressive in work.
Have good communication skills, clear and coherent presentation skills.
Be proactive in work, good problem solving ability, logical thinking.
Fixed salary and allowances from 8,000,000 VND - 12,000,000 VND (negotiable based on candidate's ability) + Commission based on sales.
Salary review every 6 - 12 months.
Working hours: Monday to Friday.
Number of days off: 14 days/year, increase 1 day every 2 years.
